Respect others
Prohibited:
- threats;
- harassment;
- bullying;
- humiliation;
- blackmail;
- persistent unwanted behavior;
- sexual harassment;
- publishing other people’s personal data without permission.
Be a real person
Prohibited: impersonating another person or organization, fake accounts used to deceive, fraud, and artificial inflation of activity.
Describe plans honestly
You must not:
- create knowingly false plans;
- lure people with false conditions;
- hide mandatory payment;
- change key conditions after recruiting participants without notice.
Financial honesty
A free event must not be used as bait for a hidden mandatory payment.
Prohibited: fraudulent fundraising, pyramid schemes, fundraising under a false pretext, and impersonating SOBIRA or a payment partner.
Dangerous and illegal content
Content and events that violate the law are prohibited.
Specifically prohibited:
- trading prohibited substances;
- illegal weapons;
- exploitation of people;
- sexual exploitation;
- calls to violence;
- fraud;
- deliberately dangerous “challenges” intended to cause harm.
Spam and advertising
You must not mass-send advertising, links, identical messages, or invitations unrelated to a real plan.
Organizations, venues and trainers may use the tools provided by SOBIRA but must not spam users.
Content
Prohibited: other people’s content without the necessary rights, malicious links, malware and phishing, and publishing confidential information.
Reviews
A review must reflect real interaction experience. Rating manipulation is prohibited.
Reports
If you believe a user or content violates these rules, use “Report” or contact support.
SOBIRA measures
Depending on the violation, SOBIRA may apply: a warning, hiding, removal, function restriction, temporary block, or permanent block.
Appeal
A decision can be appealed via /support.
