Become a regional partner: grow a territory, gather people at events and earn 70% of the platform revenue generated in your territory.
All figures on this page are illustrative and hypothetical. They are not SOBIRA statistics and do not guarantee income.
A regional partner receives the right to develop a specific territory.
The exclusive right to develop SOBIRA in an assigned territory.
A fixed 70% of net platform revenue from events in your territory.
The platform, account security and the SOBIRA system are handled by HQ.
A territory is the unit of growth. SOBIRA defines its borders. A partner may own several territories.
SOBIRA users belong to the platform, not to the partner. A partner develops the territory and the local community, but does not own the users.
Event economics follow the meeting point, not where a user lives.

Enter a city population to see the category, territory type and an indicative PushStart budget.
PushStart is split roughly 5–10% for the launch/platform fee and 90–95% for local launch and marketing.
The referral share (0–20%) never reduces the regional 70%. HQ receives the 10–30% residual.
Change the assumptions and the calculation updates automatically. The formula is shown below.
Formula: Paid = MAU × conversion% GMV = paid × average transaction Gross commission = GMV × commission% Net revenue = gross commission × (1 − deduction%) Regional Partner = net revenue × 70% Referral Partner = net revenue × referral% SOBIRA HQ = net revenue − regional − referral
All assumptions are editable and illustrative. This is not SOBIRA statistics and is not a guarantee of income.

In cities over 1.2 million people, SOBIRA may define several territories. Each territory stays independent for revenue, KPIs, compliance and termination.
SOBIRA defines territory borders.
Example: a partner entered a city of 800,000 and owns the whole city. As the city approaches the split threshold, split preparation begins.
The partner does not keep the whole city until a new buyer appears.
The existing partner picks a territory first when the city splits.
The partner has priority when a freed territory is considered.
A compliant partner may acquire and keep several territories.
Severity levels:
Ordinary violations receive a remediation period of roughly 3–6 months.
Notifications start monthly.
Near the deadline, notifications increase to weekly.
A critical violation may cause immediate suspension.
After the TERMINATED status, the future regional share is 0%.
Previously earned and confirmed funds remain payable, subject to refunds, chargebacks and adjustments.
Payouts and accounting run through the SOBIRA platform with local payment methods. Details and terms are set in the partner agreement.
